Graduate Nurse Midwife
Danielle has wanted to be a midwife since she was 13-years-old and saw her baby brother be born on the hospital waiting room floor! Three years later, she had the surprising opportunity to catch her own baby sister at home and knew beyond a doubt, midwifery was her calling! Later, Danielle spent six months volunteering at a birth center in Manila, Philippines, went to nursing school, and worked as both an emergency nurse and a labor and delivery nurse.
She graduated midwifery school at Eastern Carolina University in 2020. Danielle is very excited to join the Bella Donna Midwifery team and provide out-of-hospital birth options for the women of eastern North Carolina!
